(iii) For the purposes of complying aided by the demands with this part and § 668.41, any event meeting this meaning is regarded as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.

(A) By a present or spouse that is former intimate partner associated with victim;

(C) By someone who is cohabitating with, or has cohabitated with, the victim being a partner or intimate partner;
(D) By an individual similarly situated to a partner associated with target beneath the domestic or family members physical physical violence laws and regulations associated with the jurisdiction where the criminal activity of physical violence took place; or
(E) By just about any individual against a grown-up or youth alleged victim that is protected from that person’s acts underneath the domestic or family violence legislation of this jurisdiction when the criminal activity of physical physical violence took place.
(ii) When it comes to purposes of complying using the demands of the part and § 668.41, any event conference this meaning is regarded as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.
(i) participating in a program of conduct inclined to a person that is specific would cause an acceptable individual to –
(A) Fear when it comes to man or woman’s security or perhaps the security of other people; or
(B) Suffer significant psychological stress.
(ii) For purposes of the definition –
(A) span of conduct means several functions, including, although not restricted to, functions when the stalker straight, indirectly, or through 3rd parties, by any action, technique, device, or means, follows, monitors, surveils, or threatens, or communicates to or around a person, or inhibits a person’s home.
(B) Reasonable person means an acceptable individual under comparable circumstances along with comparable identities to your target.
(C) significant emotional stress means significant psychological suffering or anguish which could, but doesn’t necessarily, need medical or any other expert therapy or guidance.
(iii) For the purposes of complying using the requirements for this area and § 668.41, any incident conference this meaning is regarded as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.
